Return Policy

We want you to love your skincare. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
